Darrin Olson

Managing Member

Darrin Olson is the Co-Founder and Managing Member of Realm Group, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, development initiatives and overall operations. With extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, entitlements, financing, construction and asset management, Darrin has a proven track record of delivering successful projects across a range of asset types.

Before founding Realm, Darrin held leadership positions at Koll Development Company and Empire Commercial in Southern California, where he underwrote, entitled and managed complex multifamily, office and retail development projects.

Darrin earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in real estate, international business and marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is active in the real estate community.

Todd Cadwell

Development Partner

Todd Cadwell is a Development Partner of Realm Group where he manages development projects from concept to completion. With expertise spanning feasibility analysis, due diligence, entitlements, acquisitions, construction and asset management, he brings a proven ability to transform opportunities into successful, high-quality developments that strengthen the firm’s portfolio.

Before joining Realm Group, Todd served as Vice President at The Koll Company, where he managed residential, hotel, office and industrial developments in California and Mexico. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Planning & Development from the University of Southern California and an MBA with a dual emphasis in Real Estate and Finance from the University of San Diego.
